What a stock is

A stock is an ownership share in a company. Owning a share entitles the holder to the economic upside of the company, to dividends where the company pays them, and to other rights such as voting. A tokenized stock is a blockchain token that represents that share, held in the user’s own wallet rather than a brokerage account, and it settles like any other digital asset. What a fund is

Who issues the assets
